Ilford CC won the Essex Sir Alastair Cook Under-14 T20 Cup after beating Brentwood in the final at Maldon on Bank Holiday Monday.
Brentwood scored 126-4 in their 20 overs, with Ilford chasing down the total for the loss of just one wicket.
Uzair Khan took the man of the match award after hitting an unbeaten 89 from just 52 balls as Ilford won the competition for the first time.
They had beaten neighbours Wanstead in the semi-final earlier in the day, posting 152-3 and holding the young Herons to 129-5 in reply.
All the games were played in good spirit with lots of support for all the teams.

*Ilford's first XI finished eighth in Hamro Foundation Essex League Division One after a closing-day defeat at champions Epping.
Captain Haaris Ayub (50) and Akash Raji (43) top scored as they were dismissed for 214, but Imrul Kayes hit 125 off 109 balls to set the hosts up for a three-wicket win with 10 overs to spare.
Ilford finished with three wins, three draws and eight defeats, with four matches abandoned.
