Redbridge residents are being asked to have their say on a proposed development of around 140 homes.
The land on which the development could be built is located to the north-east quadrant of Redbridge Roundabout.
Developer Galliard Homes is holding two public consultations on the proposals, which include three commercial units.
The consultation will be held in two stages with the first event taking place on Thursday (March 30) at the Red House Pub in Redbridge Lane from 3pm to 7pm.
The second consultation will take place on April 1 from 10am to 2pm at the same location.
Jonathan Bloom, head of public affairs at Galliard Homes, said: "As a company we are committed to engaging with the local community and we want to see as many members as possible from the local Redbridge community come to both consultation events that we are holding.
"The aim of the consultation events is to actively engage with local stakeholders and gain a better understanding of their preferences and vision for the local area, in order to incorporate these insights into the development plans."
For those unable to attend the events, a project website has been launched with copies of the consultation boards which can be found at redbridgeroundabout.co.uk.
