An Audi that crashed into the front of a home in Ilford was being pursued by officers, the Metropolitan Police has revealed.
The crash occurred at around 9.10am on September 18 in Fencepiece Road, after police began pursuing the black car.
A spokesperson has confirmed that the car "was believed to have been taken" at the time of the chase.

The front porch of the home was pictured with severe damage and police officers were seen outside.
Police said two males occupying the vehicle were arrested on suspicion of taking a car and driving it away, and dangerous driving.
Their injuries were assessed at the scene by London Ambulance Service paramedics and they required no further treatment.
There were no further injuries.
