A fire raging at a gym and restaurant in the early hours of the morning was caught on dashcam.
Firefighters were called to Forest Road, Ilford, at 1.54am today (September 19) after a huge fire broke out at a two-storey building.
Crews from across east London - including 12 fire engines and around 80 firefighters - were still trying to put out the blaze more than eight hours later.
The London Fire Brigade confirmed in their latest update at around 9.30 that the crews were still at the scene, with a "small part" of the first floor remaining alight.
Dashcam footage of the fire shows huge flames coming from the top of the building and smoke billowing into the sky.
For a moment, the full moon can also be glimpsed before getting lost behind a streetlight and the fire.
The cause of the fire is not yet known.
