Police have issued a warning to the public after a potentially violent man ran away from staff at a care facility.
Balasankar Narayanan, 44, was last seen at 6.40pm on August 4 when he ran off from staff at a park.
Narayanan was on escorted leave from a care facility based in Ilford when he absconded.
The Metropolitan Police have launched an appeal to the public to locate him whilst their investigation is ongoing.
The 44-year-old has been considered as a risk to women and can also be violent, a spokesperson said.
Narayanan has known links across London, in particular Newham, Greenford, Hammersmith, Highgate and Ilford.
