A man told police he had been threatening people with a knife in a forest.
Officers from the Metropolitan Police were called at 11.05am on August 8 with reports of a man with a knife in Hainault Forest.
At the scene, officers heard how a man had implied that he had a knife and had been threatening other members of the public with it.
A spokesperson for the Met has confirmed there were no injuries reported.

No arrests have been made as yet, but an investigation is ongoing.
