A new terrace of four homes could be built between a care home and existing houses, if plans get the go-ahead.
An application has been submitted to Redbridge Council for four homes on land between Sunnyside Road and Park Road, Ilford.
If approved, the terraced homes would be built behind 12 and 14 Park Road and 11-15 Sunnyside Road.
Number 12 and 14 Park Road are two-storey terraced homes, each with a single-storey extension to the rear.
Numbers 11-15 Sunnyside Road form a large property currently used as a care home, according to the planning application.
Details in the proposal filed on July 17 outline the plans for each two-storey home to have three bedrooms suitable for up to five people.
The homes would feature a basement level and a ground floor, with an en-suite and a bathroom each.

The development would be car-free, with existing access used by pedestrians.
Provisions have also been made for cycle, waste and recycling storage.
