The victim of a shooting in Chigwell has been discharged from hospital.
A spokesperson for the Metropolitan Police has confirmed the condition update for the 19-year-old man who was shot in New North Road on the evening of April 3.
Armed officers from the Metropolitan Police and paramedics from the London Ambulance Service (LAS) were called to the road at around 9.45pm that night.
A crime scene was put in place after the shooting, which saw the victim taken to a major trauma centre.
The Met has advised it is yet to make any arrests in connection with the crime.
A spokesperson said: "The investigation is ongoing and in its early stages."
