A Tesco Extra store in Ilford had a car ploughing into its premises overnight.
A video shared on social media showed a car crashing into the store in Goodmayes on Thursday (November 9).
A spokesperson for the supermarket confirmed the incident and said the Tesco Extra store had reopened and trading as normal following the collision.

The social media post claimed that the driver was taking bay parking lesson when he lost control of the car.
A man who said he worked at the store commented that he was doing his shift and heard a “big bang”.
He added: “My manager was running for it when we saw it into the room. It was at like 10:15 or something like that”.
