Plans to redevelop a former pub and hotel in Redbridge are being consulted on.

Developer Galliard Homes is asking for feedback on its intended plans to transform the old Red House Pub and former Premier Inn Hotel at Redbridge Roundabout.

The company ran two consultation events and is requesting comments by September 30.

The plans include 137 homes, four commercial units and a park.

Jonathan Bloom, head of public affairs at Galliard Homes, said: “In line with our company’s commitment to fostering community engagement, we are dedicated to encouraging the active participation of residents within the local Redbridge community.”

“This proactive engagement serves as a precursor to our forthcoming submission of a comprehensive planning application to Redbridge Council.”
