Two men who arrived at a hospital suffering stab wounds were arrested.
Police were called to Loxford Lane, Ilford, just after 4pm on Saturday (November 19), to reports of men with knives.
Officers who went the scene were unable to find any victims or suspects in the area.

But two men, aged 21 and 29, attended a North London hospital a short time later suffering from stab wounds.
Both men have since been arrested on suspicion of causing grievous bodily harm and bailed until a date in mid-February.
A Metropolitan Police spokesperson said: "The 21-year-old was subsequently discharged from hospital. He has been arrested on suspicion of causing grievous bodily harm (GBH) and has been bailed until mid-February.
"The 29-year-old has also been arrested on suspicion of causing GBH. He has been bailed until a date in mid-February."
Police say enquiries are continuing.
