Hundreds of children in Redbridge received food and presents following a Christmas appeal.
Redbridge Covid Mutual Aid ran its foodbank with Frenford Youth Club this year at The Jack Carter Centre.
As well as providing food parcels, the appeal also sought Christmas food such as mince pies as well as gifts to ensure no child woke up without a Christmas present to open.
The Mutual Aid group tweeted to say more than 300 children received presents, with 122 households being supplied with food.
Among those who supported the scheme were church and youth groups, while William Rose estate agents hosted a drop-off point at its High Road, Woodford Green branch.
Genevieve Carnell, who ran the appeal, said: "We have seen a great response which truly shows how generous and supportive the people of Redbridge are.
"We have been blown away by the number of people who wanted to help."
