KAYE J. FLEETWOOD A long term resident of South Woodford and Newbury Park, died peacefully, at Abbey Care Complex, Newbury Park, on the 13th May 2019 aged 77 years. Kaye was an ardent Liberal Democrat, standing for Parliament and as a local Councillor. Kaye was also extremely knowledgeable about the Tudor period.
