John Slade
SLADE John Terence died peacefully on 17th April 2020 after a short illness. A much-loved widower of Deirdre. Father to Valerie, Angela and John, and grandad to Declan, Bernadette and Chloe. He will be missed by all. Through his voluntary work and inventions, John helped thousands of blind people to be more independent - including setting up Redbridge Talking Newspaper. His funeral will take place on Wednesday 13th May 2020. Donations in lieu of flowers to Marie Curie Hospice.
